Insert, turn – finished. This is how
FUS channels and attachment parts are combined. In the second step the push-through connector
PFCN is inserted via the system perforation of the attachment part and attached to the channel though a 90-degree movement. In the third step, the push-through connector
PFCN is safely attached by the controlled torque tightening (40Nm) of the hexagon screw made of stainless steel of 8.8 quality.
The elaborate detail solutions of the push-through connector simplify assembly, especially for overhead tasks. The integrated spring mechanism enables the positioning and adjustment of
FUS channels and construction elements through simple pressing and pushing. The special shape of the flat washer holds the connection element in place. The form-closing and form-locking microserration in the
FUS channel and the sliding nut of the
PFCN guarantee a permanent connection while enabling the absorption of high shear forces.
The innovative push-though connector is compatible with the fischer
FUS channels as well as all consoles and construction elements of the fischer
FUS installation system, thereby enabling a large variety of applications.
FUS channels and
FCA consoles can therefore easily be connected into line routes.
Simple and safe substructures for lines, flexible console-like constructions for line routes or frame constructions for ducts can be created through a further connecting element. The push-through connector
PFCN also simplifies the construction of installation aisles and shafts. The element is also ideally suited for the adjustable positioning of rising pipes with angles and horizontal installations with the saddle flange
PSF.

PFCN are explained in a short clip on fischer’s
