The exhibitor will also demonstrate selected new additions and classics from its broad range of screws, amongst others. Depending on the variant, the construction screws with full and partial threads (Power-Full and Power-Fast) are particularly well suited for load-bearing timber constructions, framework and pillar constructions, outdoor use, on-roof insulation systems, and many more.

Hourly “rigidity tests” are a particular highlight, during which fischer provides a live demonstration of the load-bearing capacity of its timber screws. Correct guesses from the audience are rewarded with appealing prizes. The load-bearing tests will be moderated by Anna Noé, known through sky Sports News, amongst others.

Test stations will also allow visitors to try out the advantages of the timber construction screws for themselves, while also trying out further fischer products. Examples include the high- performance and easy to install concrete screws ULTRACUTFBS II, which are used amongst other things for anchoring sills and beams in timber constructions, or the intelligent 2- component anchors DUOPOWER and DUOTEC from the DUO-line, which automatically activate the right function principle as needed, therefore covering numerous applications and building materials.

The frame fixing range of products is a further focal point, with the fischer SXRL being one of them. With its sophisticated geometry and multiple anchoring depths for numerous applications – including beams and trusses – in all construction materials, this frame fixing achieves higher load values than comparable frame anchors. Its good handling properties are another advantage of the SXRL.

Visitors will also find answers to all their questions on the design and construction software FIXPERIENCE at a separate consultation stall. The WOODFIX module allows them to calculate applications with fischer products in roof and timber constructions quickly and easily, while adhering to the European Technical Approval (ETA) in accordance with Eurocode 5.

fischer is also introducing new features when it comes to the bolt anchors FAZ II, which offer increased tensile and shear load capacities in the main sizes M8 to M12, as well as an expanded field of applications with variable anchoring depths according to the new assessment (ETA). The bolt anchor M6 for cracked concrete is another industry first with its assessment in accordance with ETA Option 1, as is the approved FAZ II H with its cup nut. Overall, fischer will demonstrate a representative cross section of its portfolio targeted specifically at the roof and timber construction industry.

A generous communication and hosting area provides the perfect environment to get to know the fischer team, and to find the best suitable solution for fixing jobs while talking to the experts.
