“This was the biggest and most comprehensive German trade survey to date”, said Sven Hohmann, Managing Director of ibau. In a survey conducted last year and supported by Heinze market research and the online platform “Helden am Bau” (“heroes in construction”), ibau asked companies from various trades which manufacturers were in their “good books” in selected categories. Tradespeople gave their ratings for the product’s quality, price and ease of processing. They also stated whether they would recommend the respective product.
fischer’s fixing systems passed with flying colours. The ease of processing the products was praised in particular, sustainably making tradespeople’s day-to-day work easier. This was one of the reasons why the anchors and fixings by the family business from the Northern Black Forest are often recommended.
fischer has once again confirmed its company philosophy by winning the “Stein im Brett” award. For many years, company owner Prof. Klaus Fischer has said “we want to be the best in the industry”. This is why the Waldachtal company regularly seeks out on-site conversations with tradespeople, in order to continuously improve their products and to design them in an easy-to-process manner.
“Those who work with our products on a daily basis and who develop solutions with us on building sites are ultimately the only ones who can judge the manufacturer’s quality and service”, concludes Ralf Häfele, Managing Director of fischer Germany Sales GmbH. He accepted the award together with Wolfgang Pott, Head of Corporate Communications, at fischer’s company headquarters in Waldachtal. The award was presented by Rüdiger Koch, Head of Key Account at ibau, and Martin Mürb, Key Account Consultant at ibau.
