The way to your dream job

You can use our job search to find a suitable position based on various criteria. By clicking on the “Apply now” button, you will be redirected to our external application system.

You first upload your CV via the application portal or apply using your LinkedIn or SmartRecruiters profile.

You will receive confirmation of receipt of your application within a few minutes. With the confirmation of receipt, you will receive a link with which you can create a candidate profile or log in with the existing data. In the next step, your application will be viewed by the responsible recruiter. Depending on the position you have applied for, it will take about two to three weeks for us to get back to you.

Your application convinced us and we would like to get to know you personally! The application and interview process at fischer is usually conducted in two interviews. In line with our philosophy, the initial interview focuses on an open exchange of information on a collaborative level. Shortlisted candidates are usually invited to a follow-up interview, during which aspects of the initial interview are explored in more detail and additional topics on employment related matters (e.g. employment contract, benefits, induction, etc.) are also discussed.

We look forward to welcoming you. We prepare an individual induction plan for you and a mentor is available to you in the first few months. As part of the “Welcome Days”, you will be taught cross-functional and company-specific content.
