fischer will be attending the ISH - the world's leading trade fair for water, heating and air - from 17 to 21 March 2025 in Frankfurt am Main. At booth B49 in Hall 6.1, the fixing expert will be presenting innovative installation systems for the safe, economical and easy fixing and positioning of all types of pipes and cables in technical building equipment (TBE) on a stand covering more than 150 m². With its largest ISH exhibition booth to date, the company is clearly committing itself to the plumbing, heat and air-conditioning industry. Competitions and product tests provide interactive live experiences and a lot of insights.
At the fischer booth, trying out the products is more than welcome. Visitors can test fischer fixing solutions in different materials themselves. Those who want to can also take part in the competition. The goal is to rebuild a model in a limited time using the fischer fire-tested angle bracket PUWF and other products, and to win attractive prizes. A real exhibit and other presentation areas additionally highlight the benefits of fischer installation systems. The fully hot-dip galvanised FMS (fischer massive channel system) eliminates the need for secondary steelwork in heavy installations, reducing costs by up to 30 percent.
The modular FUS (fischer channel system universal) is used to fix medium-weight to heavy-duty pipes, ventilation ducts and cable trays by connectors for push-through installation, that can be easily inserted into the base elements and rotated. Light loads can be fixed with the fischer FLS (fischer lightweight channel system) using a simple ‘Clix’ mechanism. FUS channels can be used to create fischer installation grids that allow the media supply in factories, production plants and similar buildings to be modified and replaced effectively and economically anytime, anywhere. The new bracing element FYJB enables simple suspension and tensioning of installation grids based on FUS channel profiles to the steel structure.
The company will also be using a wall exhibit to demonstrate the advantages of its new PV clip system for the safe, simple, fast and visually appealing attachment of framed PV modules to all common surfaces and substructures.
Also on display are innovative pipe clamps, U-bolt pipe hangers, connectors for U-bolt pipe hangers and other products and accessories with a focus on pipe laying. There are many additions to the range that further expand, simplify and optimize applications.
fischer will also be showing sprinkler loops, sprinkler pipe clamps, beam clamps and fixing elements whose approvals by the property insurer organizations FM and VdS provide objectively tested safety for use in sprinkler systems. Sprinkler-suitable dowels and anchors also have a CE label based on the corresponding ETA. Swivel beam clamp TKLG and other new products are among the innovations making their debut.
Another topic: the proven safety in case of fire of fischer products and systems for pipe fixings and installations (MLAR, R30 - R120 or F30 - F120 and ETA 21/0140). fischer fixedpoints and sliding elements for absorbing thermally induced expansions of light to heavy pipes can also be seen at the ISH. Specifically for flat-roof installations, fischer is also presenting innovative complete systems that, through targeted load distribution, prevent high loads on the roof seal and insulation layer – and thus surface damage.
The exhibitor also wants to talk to visitors about its 360-degree services, which range from planning and execution to documentation and monitoring of buildings and facilities. Digital offers include BIM services (Building Information Modelling), scans as digital tools for scanning the existing structure, automated construction with the fischer construction robot BauBot, efficient monitoring of objects with the sensor innovation fischer Construction Monitoring and the INSTALL-FIX module within the fischer FiXperience design software. For optimal planning, fischer supports customers with calculations, assessments, approval procedures, BIM modelling, CAD and fire protection services. The fixing specialist supports the construction phase with assembly planning, pre-assembly services and training, as well as on-site installation support and instruction. Flexible, individually customizable fischer office and storage containers also enable customers to optimize logistics and increase efficiency on their construction sites.
