A total of three different models can be built with fischertechnik Early Coding. The construction kit contains everything that fully functional driving robots could need: Components to assemble it, a fully assembled chassis with motors, controllers and infrared sensors as well as buttons and a battery compartment, with no need for complex wiring.

Once the little robot has been assembled it can move along the obstacle course tracks included which are preprogrammed using a tablet or smartphone. The programming interface has a child-friendly design that makes it easy to use. It involves connecting individual programming blocks used to control the robot.
