The toy manufacturer fischertechnik is continuing its successful trend from the past year in 2024. Despite the challenging circumstances in the industry, the company was able to achieve double-digit sales growth. This year, fischertechnik will be presenting new design parts and a new colour concept for its toys. A new and groundbreaking modular simulation model was launched last autumn in the industry segment with fischertechnik’s Agile Production Simulation. The new teaching material concept has proven to be particularly popular in STEM classes.

The made-in-Germany toy manufacturer is presenting its latest toy products at the Toy Fair in Nuremberg, including its E-Tec construction kit for beginners, which explains the basics of electrics. With their new design parts and an innovative colour concept, the two new Universal construction kits provide inspiration for building with their high-quality building blocks. Sophisticated designs can be built with the Universal Max set, while Universal Pro contains components to build fun models such as a paper aeroplane accelerator or a labyrinth with two axes. Three different expansion sets for the popular Marble Competition marble run provide even more excitement and fun surprises while racing marbles.

From March 2024, fischertechnik will be offering an ideal basis for challenging and innovative maker projects with three maker construction kits, each of which contains a basic chassis for mobile robots. Using this chassis, creative builds can be turned into reality in makerspaces, FabLabs, and so on. 3D print files are provided for common controller brackets so they can be attached to the chassis.

fischertechnik offers industrial companies and universities fully assembled manufacturing models that simulate state-of-the-art factory processes. Last year, the company introduced its Agile Production Simulation, a factory made of modules that can be flexibly combined and that comes equipped with a driverless transport system. The model has already been used by various companies and universities as a teaching tool for modern factory processes.

fischertechnik is offering a new teaching material concept for hands-on lessons. All of the fischertechnik learning concepts are developed in close cooperation with teachers and experts in education and the industry to meet the individual requirements of different school types and grade levels and to be in line with the curriculum. They are based on the educational principle of activity-orientated, self-regulated learning.
