As early as 1987, the corporate values were developed together with the employees and summarised in the fischer mission statement. It defines the corporate goal and the values of the fischer Group, which still apply to everyone in the company today: innovative, responsible and serious. The Group works worldwide in a result-oriented manner to benefit customers and users. The focus is on avoiding waste and increasing value creation.
The fischer ProcessSystem was born out of the mission statement and the philosophy of the Japanese KAIZEN, the continuous change for the better. “Open to new things, ready for change, flexible and fast are the foundations of a successful future,” says Prof. Klaus Fischer says: "Employees know best what works and what doesn't at their workplace.
