The fischer Business Consulting Co. Ltd. with its main office in Shanghai is a fully-owned subsidiary of fischer Consulting GmbH. “With the foundation of our Chinese subsidiary we are further following our strategy of being closer to the customer. This allows us to provide targeted support for global companies to continue their profitable growth”, says fischer Consulting Managing Director Christoph Holtze.

The fischer Business Consulting team has already successfully completed its first projects in China, such as a detailed risk evaluation for the elevator company Schindler Aufzüge AG for the relocation of the production of various types of elevator from Suzhou, Jiangsu Province to Jiading in Shanghai and process optimisations for manufacturers of mechanical components in machine engineering.

“We are already in the acquisition phase for further projects”, adds fischer Business Consulting’s Alexander Reich, who speaks German and Chinese.

This is the third consultation company within the fischer Group of Companies, which includes the world-famous fixing systems, along with the fischer Consulting GmbH in Waldachtal following the foundation of fischer Consulting Italia this spring. fischer Consulting therefore also supports the fischer divisions in making their processes leaner, as well as supporting several medium-sized companies.
