With this module for building equipment, fitters have a measurement tool which allows them to determine the respective suitable mount in just a short time when planning support structures for media lines.
fischer installation systems are suitable for fixing all varieties of lines and line sections. The loads have to be calculated correctly in order to securely mount the lines in the respective subsoil.
This task can now be quickly and easily carried out using the fischer
FIXPERIENCE INSTALL-FIX module. The TGA measuring software enables the creation of structural analysis and parts lists for the assembly of fischer installation systems. while optimizing the distance and cross section of suspensions, consoles and rails for an economic installation.
The user is guided through the measurement step-by-step. A status display provides continuous information about the structural load of the chosen fischer installation system. Structural analyses for ten different standard solutions with consoles, frames and rails can be run via a quick selection. Alternatively, the measurement can be carried out via pre-selection of the desired installation system for more complex facilities. The rail’s cross section and the length or distance of the contact points can thereby be adjusted.
The type, diameter, isolation and number of pipes which the installation system can safely carry can be defined in a further step. The option of entering empty pipes or pipes filled with media into the graphic representation of the load-bearing system automatically creates load images, thereby providing the structural analysis required for the rail systems. Furthermore, individual loads such as for climate devices or a compressor can be entered through freely-definable point or linear loads.
Following successful measurement, the program creates a parts list for the elements required for the chosen system such as suspensions, threaded rods, channels, pipe clamps and connectors.
